Kylie Starling has 17 years of investigative experience. Prior to joining Kamira Stacey Consulting she held positions of Principal Investigator with the NSW Ombudsman’s Office and investigator for the Professional Standards Unit in the NSW Police.

Kylie specialized in the child protection field and has conducted audits of agency systems, assessed policy and conducted risk assessments for organizations. Kylie provides consulting services to the Far West of NSW and other regional locations.

Stewart Rainnie had over 27 years of experience within the NSW Police before joining Kamira Stacey Consulting in late 2007. In addition to his work in operational investigation and management, he worked in Internal Affairs and the Professional Integrity Branch and has been part of a project on different disciplinary models for organizations. Stewart has extensive investigative expertise in addition to a strong focus on policy development.
